Summary of Role:
This role is split between Administration, Account Management and New Business Sales, and requires someone with experience of dealing with customers primarily over the telephone, with the opportunity to travel and meet customers face to face as deemed necessary.
Rapture is an innovative Hair Extension system that is currently supplied to more than 500 salons throughout the UK, 80% of the role is taking incoming orders from these salons, inputting the orders onto the company systems, picking, packing and dispatching the orders, a high degree of accuracy is required in this role.
10% of the role is focused on pro-actively contacting accounts that have lapsed to re-engage these accounts.
10% of the role is focused on outbound cold calling to sell the hair extension system into new salons.
Full training in the system, processes and procedures will be given.
Excellent Administration skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Good IT skills including the use of e-mail, word and excel
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
